- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★If you are looking for a loan officer that knows who you are, listens to what you want, and has the experience & know how to make it happen... Go talk to Renae at Stockman Bank. She is all that and MORE! I wanted to refinance the house to get rid of some medical bills, but not so much that my house owned me, instead of freeing up finances. Renae listened to my needs, balanced my wants, found me a great rate, and didn't blink an eye when I said I needed a short turnaround time, and why. She made it all happen seemlessly. Any additional documents were done electronically and took a whopping 3 minutes to complete. In 30 days we were signing the new paperwork and the financial burden I had been carrying for 4 years came right off my shoulders. With 2 months until the first payment, I was able to pay for a few unexpected bills in cash, and pad my savings account. Renae knew my name every time I had to call her, which wasn't very often. We emailed daily and always had a good laugh. I was a person, not a number or a commission.
